Our manufacturing is in controlled room.
Besides our Processing Capability, we are also very strong in Automation.
Our touch-less (or hands free) manufacturing flow utilizes Robotic Pick and Place. Parts from molding machine are picked up and loaded onto trays. These trays, once filled up the cabinet are transferred via trolleys to our CNC degating machine.
At the degating station, the cabinet is pushed into the unloading rack. Pick and place automation takes over, and parts are picked, positioned and presented for degating all using automation. After degating, degated parts are loaded onto new anti-statics trays.
Next is visual inspection, and part is picked using vacuum pen. and inspected, all the process are conducted in controlled room.
