TNC Optics was established in Singapore in 2000 as a Precision and Micro-molding Polymer products supplier. We are fully equipped with capabilities that allow us to manufactures a wide range of products, ranging from Precision Polymer Optics & Photonics lenses, to insert molded products used for Computer & Electronics, to Optics for Defence, and to Medical and Health care plastic products.
With a team of highly experienced staffs, coupled with our more than 14 years of hands-on Precision Molding, we are able to offer high quality Polymer Optics, and other Precision Parts.
Our core expertise covers from initial Mold Tools design, to Ultra Precision Molding utilizing 100% electric Mold Presses for green environment and efficiency.
Our current product offering includes Polymer Optics (Imaging, Sensing & Detection, Lighting & Illumination and Photonics), Insert Over Molding (Cavity Package for MEMS, Optical Sensor, Connectors), Medical and Healthcare products (Disposible, Contact Lens Packaging) and Co-Molding (IR co-molding on LCP etc)
In house core competence included automation for High Speed, Hands free CNC degating, Auto Transport for Loading and Unloading and Auto (Molded Lead Frame) Image Inspection.
Fully Equipped metro-logical equipment allows for internal critical inspection of our products and Tooling insets. Key equipment included Carl Zeiss and Mutitoyo CMM, Perkin Elmer Lambda650 , Zyg0, and Smartscope.
Wide range of Polymers are used with dedicated machines equipped with Optical Grade, and Strengthened screw set. This ensures the highest quality products are produced . Special resin for Optical includes COC, COP and high temperature resin such as LCP, PPS , PPA with Glass filled are used for products for Semiconductor and MEMS Sensors
